We offer corporate clients objective financial advice in connection with various investment and financing decisions, with a focus on assessing the impact of strategic decisions on a firm's debt capacity and credit standing.
Due Diligence for Project & Acquisition Finance
We conduct due diligence for issuers, investors and lenders in connection with project financing, project, asset and corporate acquisitions and divestitures, as well as in connection with the acquisition and sale of financial/portfolio assets, including non-performing investments.
Dispute Resolution
We are available to assist clients in support of dispute resolution strategies, especially in respect of contract disputes, resolution of lender/borrower and inter-creditor issues, and lender liability claims and defenses.
Corporate Governance
We are available to assist Senior Management and Board members to review appraisals and valuations in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, as well as to conduct independent evaluations of internal risk management and reporting procedures, and to assess off-balance sheet and contractual arrangements. We do not provide appraisals or "Fairness opinions".
